Groupama 3 sets new world record
The crew of Groupama 3 smashed the world record and sailed 2 days 08 hours 35 minutes faster around the world then Orange 2 in 2005. With an average speed of 18.76 knots along the optimum course the crew is now the proud owner of the Jules Verne Trophy.
